Located in the heart of the resort, next to the Anzère chapel, the “Le Gypaète” residence is located a stone's throw from the village center. In winter, the free shuttle bus stops a few meters from the access road to the residence.

The "Le Gypaète" residence has 22 apartments spread over 6 floors. The floors are composed of studio, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 or 5.5 rooms. Many variations are possible.

All finishes are left to the choice of the purchaser. Budgets are defined for the finishing positions. In addition, there is the possibility of installing a fireplace / stove and the central vacuum cleaner. It is possible to add a second bathroom in the 3.5 and 4.5 room apartments, on request. We can also study all modification requests inside the apartments.

The exterior of the residence, in aged wood and stone veneer, gives it the appearance of a large chalet, reminiscent of mountain architecture. Each apartment has a balcony (the apartments on the ground floor have a terrace), a parking space (indoor CHF 30,000 or outdoor CHF 18,000), a cellar and a ski locker.

2 elevators and stairwells serve the floors. A common laundry room, as well as a bicycle storage room, are available.

The apartments are sold as second homes and can be sold to foreigners.

The delivery of the apartments is scheduled for winter 22/23, depending on the progress of work and sales.
