In Anzère, the 3 star Zodiaque hotel allows owners to rent their studio when they are not using it. A cure for the sprawl of the territory and vacant rooms targeted by the Weber initiative.

The studios are owned by owners who use them as a second home and rent them to tourists the rest of the time.

By buying a home in this complex, you put your money safe and enjoy a virtually free vacation since the charges are in principle covered by rentals.

Upon arrival, cleaning is done and sheets are clean (6 x per year for owners who rent their studio). However, you are asked not to leave your belongings and to match the furniture and curtains.

The studios have balconies. Two single beds, an armchair, a small table, a chair and a television dress the room. A blind conceals the kitchenette that only you can use.

Anzère is its ski slopes but also its Spa
