The 5 buildings stand as point structures on the slope and are washed by the landscape. In close cooperation with the landscape architect, the buildings were integrated into the surroundings as best as possible, in particular the connection to the underground car park was provided with planted gradations and thus became part of the surroundings. The staggered arrangement of the building bodies creates gaps through which the rear buildings also benefit from the unique view of the unique Valais mountains. The spaces in between are formulated in a variety of ways and offer residents various options for use.

The facades show a graduation on the valley side. A play with incisions and parapets running around the corners shapes the volumes and breaks the scale of the buildings.

The living rooms are arranged around an outdoor area. The dining and living areas are designed as room chambers, which show a certain independence, but still interact with each other.
