Based on these elements it is agreed a monthly rent of which a part, approximately 60% will be recovered at the agreed expiry date to constitute the necessary capital to the purchase.

Specifically, once the above terms agreed, a lease and a promise of sale are signed in front of notary and you take possession at an agreed date, taking into account the work in progress, the apartment of your dreams.
