The four-storey replacement building is a simple, robust residential building for multiple parties.
The special location of the building is decisive for the floor plan division.

In the north, facing the city, there are all intimate uses; sleeping, dressing and grooming. In the south, facing the sports field and community park, there are all community activities; cooking, eating and living.

The clear and simple basic structure of the house creates flexibility. Each floor accommodates either two 3.5 room apartments or one 6.5 room apartment.

The kitchen and bathroom can be designed in different ways; entirely for private use.
