The two-family house is located in "Unner Deisch" in the municipality of Grengiols, in the Binntal landscape park. The location of the house is very sunny. In contrast to the village of Grengiols, «Unner Deisch» has sun all year round. «Unner Deisch» is not accessible by public transport. Due to the "long" walking distance to the village of Grengiols or the neighboring village of Lax, you have to have a vehicle. In approx. 5 - 8 minutes you are in Grengiols, at the valley station of the cable car on the Bettmeralp, in Lax but also in Fiesch. Access to the house is possible from the cantonal road. There is a parking lot right by the house. This parking lot can be expanded.

From the house you have a beautiful, unobstructed view to the south-east of part of the village of Grengiols, but also in the direction of "Furgge" and the "Bettlihorn".
The actual year of construction of the house is not known. It is believed to have been built around the turn of the century (1900).
