At the edge of the ski stations, in a recent building, this apartment allows you to arrive on the terrace, skis on, or directly in the ski locker room. It is located in front of the funicular which takes you free of charge to the main activities and shops of the resort.

On the upper floor, it opens onto an outdoor terrace maintained by the building service, and is composed of a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a bedroom. It is functionally furnished. Included are a cellar, a ski locker and a hotel service available.

This accommodation has the benefit of a rental contract which can be terminated from January 2022 and provides for the rental of the accommodation in favor of the hotel company. Several options are possible (skiers, leisure or investor); details on request.
In view of the current situation, all the costs deducted provide an income of almost CHF 2'000.-, private use not included.
