2.5 room apartment with south balcony

You will have a wonderful stay in this south-facing second-floor apartment with a balcony overlooking a curtain of trees that separates you from other buildings. Close to the center of the resort, it is set back from noise, sunny and with private parking spaces for 3 buildings, sufficient.

Paintings, kitchen with oven and vitro-ceramic and bathroom were renovated in 2015, the apartment consists of a living room fireplace, a living room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed.

A large carnotzet of nearly 50 places is available to owners and each year, in turn, one of the 3 buildings organizes the New Year's Eve party. The condominium meetings also sit there. Other activities are possible by reservation.

After skiing or in case of bad weather you can enjoy, upon reservation of the sauna and free access to the superb swimming pool of 36 m2. It is reserved for the owners at the beginning and end of the day and for all the inhabitants of the 3 buildings during the rest of the day.
