In the center of the Haute-Nendaz resort, between the shopping center and the Tracouet ski lifts, you will find this building, a former aparthotel, with a large lot serving as parking for residents' cars.

The apartment is located in the attic, to the south a gondola balcony in the roof sheltered from the wind and from the view of neighboring buildings. To the west a large balcony, all sunny all year round and offering a clear view.

At the bottom of the apartment we find the three bedrooms connected by a balcony and the bathroom. Under the eaves on the upper floor, accessible by a standard staircase, a hall, a shower room, a living room, a dining room, an open kitchen and a bedroom separated by a sliding fence that can be used as a bedroom or office. Access to the balcony in the 13 m2 roof easily allows you to put a table or deckchairs.

The whole is habitable in the state but an update to the tastes of the day would be welcome and tax deductible.
