At the edge of the ski stations, in a recent building, this apartment allows you to arrive on the terrace, on skis, or directly in the local ski lockers. It is opposite the funicular which takes you free of charge to the main entertainment and shops in the resort.

On the upper ground floor, it overlooks an outdoor terrace maintained by the building service, and is composed of a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with separate WC and a bedroom. It is functionally furnished. A cellar, a ski locker and hotel service are included.

This accommodation benefits from a rental contract that can be terminated from November 2025 which provides for the rental of accommodation through the hotel company. Several formulas are possible (skiers, leisure or investor); details on request. This arrangement, after all expenses deducted, provides an income of nearly CHF 2,000.-, private use not included.
