The Aiguilles Rouges Residence is the first phase of a residential hotel development and luxury spa in this calm and magnificent region of the 4 Valleys.
Les Collons has an altitude of 1,750 meters, offering ski-in and ski-out access to the apartments in this promotion. Designed around a luxury boutique hotel, these exclusive residences will be among the last delivered in the 4 Valleys "without rental obligation", following the ratification of Lex Weber legislation in early January 2016.

La Dixence was designed by the same architects as the successful Mer de Glace project (and now sold) in Nendaz. Using classic Alpine architecture, traditional materials, including aged wood and locally sourced stone tiles, each apartment will have the typical look of a mountain chalet. The finish includes oak parquet floors with underfloor heating, wooden kitchens equipped with modern appliances as well as granite worktops, and large balconies.

The Red Needles promotion includes only 13 luxury apartments. The owners will have access to the hotel facilities, including restaurants, après-ski bar, swimming pools and natural thermal waters from underground reserves which is under the La Dixence site.

Each apartment will have a cellar and a ski locker with underground parking available for purchase.
