Project Dixence Resort, Les Aiguilles-Rouges

The Dixence Resort is a hotel complex with thermal baths and residences located in the municipality of Hérémence in Valais - Switzerland just a short distance from the Collons ski resort. At an altitude of 1750 meters, the site offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Val d'Hérens, the Rhone plain and the Dent Blanche massif. The residences offer direct access to the ski slopes of the 4 Vallées ski area and the ski resorts. It is possible in the same day to ski in Nendaz, Verbier and Veysonnaz and to return to the starting point for après-ski. The project is located just 2 hours from Geneva airport, by road or rail, and less than half an hour from Sion by car. It includes a hotel, a spa area, 5 luxury chalets, a rental building and 6 residential buildings. The purchasers have the possibility to put their property on hire by the hotel operator and of course to benefit from the existence of the thermal center. The wellness basins are fed by natural warm water from the Combioulaz site. The building "Les Aiguilles Rouges" is the first building of the project Dixence Resort beginning in September 2016. It comprises 13 apartments including 1 duplex, spread over 5 levels. Moreover, by its design integrating wide openings in North-West and South-East façades, it offers a magnificent view. The building will be clad with old wood and natural stone facades and a natural stone roof. The interior choices will be to the tastes of the customers. There is a restaurant and a bar in the hotel, as well as a wellness area open to all, all in harmonious architecture that is respectful of local tradition. The aim is to build a complex with a maximum occupancy throughout the year and an increase in overnight stays. The idea is to welcome visitors over 12 months and avoid the pendulum between the winter season and the short summer season existing at Thyon-Les Collons. Access to the baths throughout the year brings in this sense a major asset for the resident. In addition, the location of the Thermes de la Dixence at the gates of high-road trails and routes allows the practice of quality alpine skiing. Likewise, the place is ideal for hiking that can be practiced in summer or autumn.
