Dixence Resort Project, Les Aiguilles-Rouges

The Dixence Resort is a resort with thermal baths and residences located in the commune of Hérémence in Valais - Switzerland not far from the Collons ski resort. At an altitude of 1750 meters, the site offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Val d'Hérens, the Rhone Plain and the Dent Blanche massif. The residences offer direct access to the ski slopes of the 4 Vallées ski area and to the resorts attached to it. It is possible in the same day to ski in Nendaz, Verbier and Veysonnaz and return to the starting point for the après-ski.

The project is located just 2 hours from Geneva airport, by road or rail, and less than half an hour from Sion by car.

It includes a hotel, a thermal sector, 5 luxury chalets, a rental building and 6 residential buildings. Buyers have the opportunity to rent their property from the hotel operator and of course to benefit from the existence of the thermal center.

The wellness pools are fed by natural hot water from the Combioulaz site.

The building "Les Aiguilles Rouges" is the first building of the Dixence Resort project starting in September 2016. It has 13 apartments including 1 duplex, spread over 5 levels. The idea is to welcome visitors over 12 months and avoid the pendulum between the winter season and the short summer season in Thyon-Les Collons. The access to the baths all the year brings in this sense a major asset for the resident.

In addition, the situation of the Terme di Dixence at the gates of the slopes and routes of high-roads allows the practice of alpine skiing of quality. In the same way, the place is dreamed for hikes that can be practiced in summer or fall.
