The Chalet Morgenrot, built in 1948 in classic wood construction, is located in the sunny Eye district in St. Niklaus.
The school buildings and the train station are just a few minutes' walk away. Restaurants as well as two banks and shops are also within walking distance.

The Chalet Morgenrot consists of three apartments on top of each other. The shared laundry room is located in the basement.

The top floor apartment is based on a practical floor plan and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. In 2002 the apartment was partially renovated.

The living room and kitchen face south. The adjoining south-facing balcony has an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.

The two bedrooms are on the north side of the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

Almost all walls and ceilings were clad with wood. Elegant carvings adorn this apartment. The paneling of the ceiling in the living and dining room stands out in particular.

This 4-room apartment can be used as a second home. Due to its central location, the apartment is also suitable for renting out to long-term tenants.
