At the top of the building, this apartment, in the center of the resort, has a quiet, south-facing balcony. Departure on foot or by shuttle bus for the slopes of the 4 Valleys and back, or in the case of good snow conditions, skis on, it is possible to reach the building.

This recently renovated accommodation has a kitchen with oven and dishwasher and windows changed in 2017. It is furnished to accommodate 6 people with two separate beds in the entrance, a pull-out bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
