Light-flooded 1 bedroom apartment above the center of town with commanding views over the village of Zermatt and an efficient layout. The access goes through a welcoming tunnel with an elevator bringing you up to a common staircase connecting three buildings. Arrived at the top you just need to climb a few stairs and follow a small corridor to reach the house itself.

The flat situated on the first floor can be reached with another elevator and by walking half a storey up or down. Upon entering the unit you find yourself in between a small storage that was originally planned as a guest toilet to your right and a well distributed open corner kitchen with everything one needs on the opposite side. A large bar table for 6 people separates the cooking zone from the rest of the apartment and creates some additional space. The living room where the flat becomes the largest and widest serves as centerpiece and gives access to a separate bathroom behind the storage, a generous bedroom right next to it and a good sized, square corner balcony.
