Each member can freely access the hut, in any season, with family and friends. He is responsible for his stay (reservation, cleaning, behavior, etc ...).

The members organize themselves to democratically settle the questions related to the cabin. The statutes of the co-ownership and a rules of use are put in place by the members.
Members share equally the costs of maintenance and expenses.
Members are required to advertise their stays, a reservation system is set up. To ensure everyone has comfortable access to the cabin, the by-law may provide for limitations on the number of guests or the number of stays.

The premises of the hut are common but each member has a large closet where to store his belongings.La hut is entitled to a surface right granted by the municipality until 2111.

The number of shares still available is: 15 (the association will not see the light of day and the payments of the units will be made only when all the parts will be promised / sold)
