A service exit, very useful for transporting waste outside of sight of customers, is located to the north of the kitchen.

Finally, in the basement of this establishment hides a magnificent carnotzet that can accommodate up to 20 people. Two large cellars are adjacent to the carnotzet and will allow the stock of equipment to be stored in ideal conditions.
