On the first three levels there are two 4.5 room terrace houses: bright rooms with a spacious living and dining area and open kitchen (46.6 m²).
The main living rooms have a wonderful view towards the Black Forest and/or Laubberg and direct access to the large sun terrace. The parents' area has a dressing room with en suite shower/toilet. On each floor there is an open, green access area in the middle with stairs and access to the elevator. One cellar room is included for each terraced house.
The terraced settlement has an underground car park with 14 parking spaces, which can be accessed via the "Untere Trottmatt". Parking spaces in the garage can be purchased for CHF 35,000 each.
