4½-room semi-detached house
A wonderful place
to let children grow up in a rural environment. The 4½-room house was built in 1995 and is heated with environmentally friendly district heating, which ensures cozy warmth. With a living space of approximately 130 m², it offers plenty of space for the family.
The lovingly designed kitchen with its wooden fronts creates a warm and cozy atmosphere and offers enough space to prepare delicious meals. The living and dining room with more than 37 m² offers enough space for spending time together with your loved ones and the comfort is optimized by a Swedish stove. There is already a stove connection in the room, so you can install a stove without any effort. To the left of the entrance is the guest toilet. The entire ground floor is equipped with easy-care panels. From here you can also access the covered seating area with sun blinds and the charming garden.
On the upper floor there are two rooms and the bathroom with bathtub and double sink. In the rooms, wooden floors ensure a comfortable feeling under your feet. And if you want to let your gaze wander into the distance, you can enjoy this from the balcony.
The attic has been converted into a spacious room and can easily be converted into two rooms if necessary. Clothes rails were installed in the sloping roof to make optimal use of the space.
In the basement there is a shelter that can ideally be used as a cellar. Next to the shelter there is also the laundry room and a music room has been set up in this part so that you can play your instruments undisturbed.
The house also has a garage and there is enough space in front of it to park another car.
