Wood windows with single-glazed insulation. Wooden shutters in fairly average condition in general.
Outdoor shelves and frame in natural stone.
Coatings on interior walls in plaster, tapestry and tiling in the water features. Flooring with ceramic in entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Solid wood floors or carpets in the rooms.
Kitchen layout on the ground floor very simple and fairly basic.

Basic construction approx. 1870-1900. Various works done around 1958 (dwelling). Renovation roof of the barn (covered) around 1990.

The construction is generally of very average quality to bad, the maintenance was followed for most of the buildings, except the roof of the old rural.
