Built in 1963, this house with 2 dwellings previously well separated but currently joined together, is distributed over 3 levels.

The basement offers a multitude of cellars and workshops.

A shelter for ponies and a paddock were built in 1998. The parks extend almost in one piece. A rental of CHF 100 .- / year is given to Ponts et Chaussées for the use of the area around the bridge as pasture. Part of the land extends into the forest where a footpath is maintained by the municipality. You can even discover a cave along the trail.

To the north of the property, there are many parks surrounded by the Glâne and Sarine rivers. A fisherman's hut will give you a nice view of the waters of the Sarine where fishing is allowed.
