The two-family house with holiday flair

The two-family house, which has been continuously renovated since 2002, is on the outskirts of Küblis. In 2008, the windows in the house were replaced by double-glazed windows, and in 2009 an air heat pump was installed. Insulation and renewal of the facade and the roof were made in 2017. The two-family house contains two identical apartments of 70m² each with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area, hallway and two rooms. There are also two spacious garages, cellar rooms, laundry room and attic. The outside area with 2 seats and the outside fireplace invite you to linger and offers enough space for a garden.
Küblis is right in the middle of the beautiful Prättigau with its diverse winter and summer sports opportunities. Küblis is easy to reach and right in front of the larger Davos / Klosters tourism centers. The house can be reached by car from Zurich in an hour and 30 minutes and by train in a little over two hours.
