Cimavilla 1335 is a historic medieval residence restored with great style and a perfect place to relax.
The building was restored between 2000 and 2010 with the support of the historical commission of the Canton and the art historians Carlo and Joanne a Marca and is among the properties of the heritage protected by the Hague Convention.
Cimavilla, whose radiocarbon dating of the beams determined the dates of 1335, 1565 and 1710, is spread over 4 original stone floors, with granite roofs, original floors and beams in wood and stone, a covered wooden walkway (1710 ) that connects the north and south parts of the two houses, a 17th century library with wood panels and granite radiant stove, a small Romeo and Juliet balcony, but also contemporary architectural details, such as the staircase leading to the room bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and guest apartments in the south and north wings, separated from the main residence.

Cimavilla 1335 consists of:

Main residence (Patrician House):
the covered wooden bridge is accessed and closed through a glass window; in the south wing we find a hallway and guest toilet with frosted glass walls, a small living room with sofa, from which you can access via a modern staircase to the master bedroom (with a view of the Church of San Martino, illuminated at night) and 'large bathroom with bath, shower and double sinks.
From the bridge we access via a staircase to the secondary bedroom, while on the ground floor, in the north wing we find the wooden library with radiant granite stove, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with granite fireplace and balcony.

North Wing Guest Apartment:
three-room apartment with independent entrance with living room with dining room and kitchen, double bedroom overlooking the castle and the palm garden, master bathroom with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam shower

South Wing Guest Apartment:
kitchenette, bathroom with tub, double bedroom

Cimavilla 1335 also has a cellar, laundry, corners planted with palm trees and a small office with separate entrance.
