First or second home in the Surselva

The 5½ room house was renovated in 2014 and 2015. All windows were replaced with triple-glazed plastic windows. The kitchen, the bathroom and the two toilets have been completely redesigned. The whole heating system with the pipes and radiators was replaced by an oil central heating. The two basement rooms are now also heated. In the living room there is a wood stove with soapstone casing. The electrical installations were renewed and checked with the safety certificate in 2015. In order to create parking space for at least 4 vehicles, the compound stone square was enlarged and fenced in by an additional 23m² of land acquired. The attached stable has two separate rooms on the ground floor, the whole upper floor is an open wood shed. Protected by the stable roof, the entrance to the house is located on the mezzanine floor through the also replaced triple secured front door. The outside area offers enough space for a garden.
