This beautiful object at the project stage, is designed to be realized in the Jura village of Boncourt, in Ajoie, on a ground made available by the Communal Authorities with the only intention to develop this type of habitat. He now has a building permit and an aggregation of the Canton to operate the protected habitat activity.


The projected Residence is in the center of the village, close to all amenities and also benefits from 100m from the indoor swimming pool which offers activities related to sport, relaxation and health. Swimming lessons, aqua bike, water aerobics, relaxing and aesthetic massages, steam bath, sauna, solarium are all available, in addition to a cafeteria.


The ecological design project responds to the concerns of the environment and provides residents with two electric cars to enjoy independent and clean mobility.


This project, at the current stage of its development, is provided by two partners, the architectural firm Nanon Architecture SA in Porrentruy, by Mr Pascal Henzelin and Transaxia Immobilier Neuchâtel-Jura in St-Blaise, by Denis Voirol who have joined their competence and their will.


From this union was born the company Quiétude Sarl in training, which carries this operation for the sole purpose of offering as quickly as possible this place of life which responds to a request of interested, numerous and needy, largely supported by the Cantonal Authorities who invest themselves financially by a significant additional participation in the minimum supplementary benefits of the AVS.


Quiétude Sarl aims to find a partner likely not only to make available all or part of the funding to carry out this operation, but also to become one of the actors who could in the future develop other residences of this type in the Jura, even on other French-speaking cantons. The Canton of Jura wishes to further develop this type of reception structure.


Quiétude Sarl is open to discuss any participation with each interested party, either as the Seller of the sanctioned project, either as the Executing Company, or as a General Contractor for its realization. It can also offer the professional services necessary for the administrative and paramedical operation of the site, through the Gérard Burrus Foundation 'Les Chevrières', whose great reputation in the management of the elderly is recognized far round. This Foundation manages a home of more than 50 residents that is located near this future habitat, which creates a great synergy of activities to share.
