On the ground floor there is a wide garage with a workshop behind it, the laundry room, a small natural cellar with the electrical panel, a living room (formerly probably a kitchen), a toilet and the internal staircase to the first floor.

Look at the floor plans in the dossier, these are intended to show the structure of the property without claiming to be a precise plan.
