The buildings are arranged along an axis parallel to the southern boundary of plot 714 RFD. They are scaled relative to each other and at different levels to follow the morphology of the terrain. They are independent but contiguous units.

The houses are arranged on two floors and form, individually, a simple volume with a rectangular plan that extends upwards.

Each building has a large eaves over the 5 meter southeast facing ledge.

Each building is designed as a reticular wooden container with large facade elements that can be opened in desired locations. In particular, the South-East facade is a glass facade located at the construction limit of the great distance. The wooden constructions will be placed on concrete bases in order to protect the wooden part from the humidity on the ground.

The land is located at the southern limit of the building zone, at the border of the agricultural zone. The plot includes an existing building and the project provides for the division of a sufficient area for the construction of the planned housing.
