Magnificent detached house with view of the lake and the Alps
This superb villa is located in Auvernier, a formerly independent commune in the Boudry district of the Swiss canton of Neuchatel. In January 2013, Auvernier merged with Bõle and Colombier to form the new commune of Milvignes. This commune is like a subtly-blended wine that will acquire added character and depth as time passes. The comparison is particularly appropriate in that Milvignes is today the largest wine-growing commune in the Neuchatel canton, with vineyards covering no less than 145 hectares (almost 360 acres).
Stretching from the shores of the Lake of Neuchatel to the Jura foothills, Milvignes benefits from a situation that permits a wide range of activities. Its port, its much-appreciated bathing beaches, its vineyards and forests provide a setting that is an invitation to walkers and explorers.
