The building was erected in the upper part of the village of Auvernier (common Milvignes), at a distance of about 6.5 km from Neuchâtel.
Close to both a motorway access ramp and Peseux, the traffic lanes can be described as good (despite the rush hours in Peseux). However, because of the proximity of the Auvernier train station (about 3 minutes on foot), the train (every 30 minutes / 6 minutes to get to Neuchâtel) could be an interesting alternative.
