The building was erected in the upper part of the village of Auvernier (common Milvignes), at a distance of about 6.5 km from Neuchâtel.

Close to both a motorway access ramp and Peseux, the traffic lanes can be described as good (despite the rush hours in Peseux). However, because of the proximity of the Auvernier train station (about 3 minutes on foot), the train (every 30 minutes / 6 minutes to get to Neuchâtel) could be an interesting alternative.

The building is located in the South and a little behind the Route de la Gare, in the upper part of the village of Auvernier, about 350 m. walk from its center.

While overlooking, to the South, an individual residential building, the housing has, on each level, an extended view on the lake, the Alps and the village of Auvernier.

The north of the plot borders the cantonal road; in East, the building (part garage) is adjoining. South, terrace garden; to the west, path. The building was erected in 1965 (ECAP data), very slightly below the road so as to curb the noise generated by the traffic. To the south, a garden of pleasure, in terrace and vegetated, was arranged. Two pedestrian accesses to the building (one, principal for the villa part, to the North, the second, secondary, to the South).
