The neighborhood plan at a place called "Les Empétières" is located northeast of the village of Dombresson west of the municipal boundary with Villiers. The sector is located in a part of less urbanized locality, between the nucleus constituted by the zone of old locality in the West, the neighborhoods of individual and collective habitats realized on the two communes in the East. The site attaches to the main road by a relatively flat strip of land which is the main access to the parcel. Not to mention the importance of promoting visual clearances in the South and West by allowing enhancement of outdoor spaces and focus on community spaces, to optimize the neighborhood's friendliness.

At the level of the houses, we propose different typologies according to the locations in the district. These basic typologies designed to maintain a certain visual coherence within the neighborhood are themselves declinable as desired according to the wishes of the client, while respecting the defined perimeters.
