Gorgier is a charming little village on the Neuchâtel coast, located on the lake, between Neuchâtel and Yverdon. This village is part of the portion of the Neuchâtel country designated from the earliest ages under the name of La Béroche. It comprises 5 distinct communes, representing 7 villages, namely: Saint-Aubin-Sauges, Fresens, Montalchez, Vaumarcus-Vernéaz and finally Gorgier-Chez-le-Bart, with a population of about 5,000. Primary and secondary school are in the village of Gorgier.

Because of its position overlooking the village, this magnificent property dominates part of the coastline and enjoys a superb release on Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps.

This former agricultural estate built in 1819, is located above the village of Gorgier (less than 1 kilometer from the village exit), it has a large indoor area (about 600 m² - partially renovated). neat and an exterior of more than 2,300 m².
