Yield building with garden plot
From the North entering the Bourg, the adjoining building is located in the middle of the West row.
The garden plot is west of the building, very slightly above. Public parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity of the North access to the Village.
The main services are in the center of the village of Landeron (Rte de Soleure mainly).
The Bourg is home to several restaurants, antique shops, craft shops and art galleries and of course the magnificent tree-lined square and mansions dating from the 16th to 17th centuries.
The building is located in the old town, south of the village of Landeron.
The access roads are good (A5 motorway about 1.2 km away) and it is possible to access the building directly by car.
As far as Neuchâtel public transport is concerned, Le Landeron is served (stop at ± 600 m. / bus N° 133, then N° 101 or 107 to access the city center of Neuchâtel). Landeron station, ± 800 m., is another alternative.
It is also possible to reach Erlach by public transport (stop 300 m away / bus N°526).
DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL DATA
The building is old and it was not possible to find its date of construction. According to the old historical maps of the canton, the building must have been built well before 1838, most certainly between 1650 and 1680 (estimate). Several successive and old renovations have modified the typology of the building.
This building was previously operated as an income building. A small commercial area with storage rooms, three apartments and two garages had been rented. The building is currently free of tenants and no longer has any contractual relationship to resume.
The current owners had planned a major renovation.
We estimate that it would be possible to create 6 apartments, without a garage. Naturally, depending on the number of
housing to be created, all services will have to be controlled, reviewed, renovated or adapted.
It is explicitly reminded that to date, the building is no longer exploitable at all.
