Bright village house
Construction and general description
The brightness was probably the red thread during the complete renovation in 2004-2005 of this village house dating from the end of the 19th century. It is located on the northern edge of the village, on a plot of 700 m², formerly attached to the adjoining mansion.
Access to the house is through the old door on the ground floor located on the south-east facade. A large hall serves on the right the boiler room and its technical dependencies then a large garage in a second room adjoining. On the left a third room, at the time horse stable, is now a large workshop.
The staircase from the ground floor leads you to the heart of the living space consisting of a gigantic living room with corner fireplace and a stove, open to a modern kitchen, fully equipped and made to measure. Windows encircle the whole space thus offering an unparalleled brightness from morning to night. Patio doors provide access to the 3 balconies (east, south and west), two of which lead to the front of the house and descend with stairs to the southwestern garden. The master bedroom opens onto a bathroom through an old wardrobe door; it also opens onto a balcony. An office with access to the balcony and a separate toilet complete the floor.
A wide wooden staircase, very airy, leads to the 2nd, under the roofs, where a huge space spirit loft, entirely covered with a superb stratified parquet, extends until the 3 bay windows in east, south and west. This volume breathtaking, leaves a multitude of possibilities of furnishing or partitioning. A room with a small dressing room and a very pretty bathroom already exist, but it is you who will compose the style of this privileged place!
Outside, a pleasant corner of garden has been arranged to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. The development of a terrace or even a terrace in height could be envisaged on the western part, the place is available?
A home where you feel good and where the possibilities for development or transformation are endless? let yourself be carried away by your desires and inspirations!
