The villa that we offer was built in 1979 and has continued to be enhanced over the years either by renovations or by adding annexes and equipment.

Place
Today residential area between Littoral and Val-de-Ruz, Montmollin was once a holiday resort much appreciated by the Neuchâtel bourgeoisie. Located at 772 m altitude, approx. 8 km from Neuchâtel, Montmollin is a former municipality became a locality of the new municipality of Val-de-Ruz after the merger of 2013.

The agglomeration is located on the La Tourne road that connects Neuchâtel to Ponts-de-Martel.

Public transport, close to the property, gives direct access to Locle or Neuchâtel.

For children, the primary school takes place at the college of Montmollin (Chemin des Puits 8) from the 1st to the 2nd child and from the 1st to the 6th primary, from 6 to 11 years or 3rd to 8th Harmos. Transportation is organized to bring the children to sports facilities dedicated to gymnastics and swimming pool. The children of the hamlets of Montézillon (common Rochefort) and Serroue (Corcelles-Cormondrèche), are usually also schooled in Montmollin.
