Noiraigue and its region

Construction description:
Site installation and crane rental
The provision includes a container and a site toilet for all trades, as well as a construction crane for the entire duration of the structural work.
Earthworks
Protective barriers are installed for the duration of the works. The work includes stripping and storing topsoil, mass excavation, soil leveling, and bringing in chippings for the foundation of the house and garage. At the end of the work, the topsoil is put back in place.
Material evacuation
Excess materials are evacuated to the landfill, including landfill fees.
Introduction for all services, various connections
Connections are made according to the guidelines of the various services.
Asphalting
According to the exterior landscaping plan, a compacted ACT 11N asphalt is applied to a thickness of 7 cm.
Access path, outdoor stairs and tiled terraces

Interior pipes and wastewater
Orange PVC pipes (diameter: 125 mm) are installed with watertight joints. The slab drains are collected and connected to the communal pipes.
Drainage, exterior pipes and infiltration well
At the base of the house and garage slab, a drainage system consisting of perforated PVC pipes, Bidim mats, and pebbles is installed. Underground insulation is provided, and according to SAT guidelines, a soakaway, a drainage trench, and an overflow are created.
Reinforced concrete
Lean concrete is laid for frost protection. The reinforcement section for the slab, garage walls, and ceilings is calculated by the civil engineer.
Garage
The garage construction includes the base, walls, and reinforced concrete slab. Waterproof strips are laid between the slab and the walls, with a Delta MS type drainage layer and Barapren against the concrete. The garage is backfilled and compacted, equipped with an ISO-45 sectional door made of double-walled steel with reinforced springs, Wood grain design with wide ribs and RAL to be defined. The Marantec Parking system, with two remote controls, allows automatic opening. The garage floor is a screed with a slope.
Concrete walls, outside of the terrace
A reinforced concrete retaining wall is built on the outside of the terrace.
Masonry
The peripheral walls are made of 15 cm terracotta bricks, and the interior walls of 12.5 cm bricks. Doors and windows are covered with Stahlton type lintels, and the entrance door and French window sills are concreted on site.
Alba board walls
The interior walls are built with Alba boards.
Concrete staircase and living room steps
The concrete steps and risers are ready to receive tiling, and the concrete ramp is ready to receive dispersion paint.
Peripheral insulation and Marmoran finish
Aluminum window sills are installed on an insulated support, and 20 cm thick peripheral insulation is applied. Matab type blind niches are provided for the bedrooms, as well as mesh, glue, and a base coat for insulation. A 2 mm ribbed grain Marmoran type render is applied, color to be defined.
Interior plastering
Surfaces and windows are protected, irons are installed for prominent wall and window corners, ceilings are smoothed, and terracotta brick walls are plastered.
Interior Marmoran
Protections are placed on surfaces and windows, a base coat is applied to the walls, and a 1 mm ribbed grain Marmoran is applied, color to be defined. Acrylic joints are added.
Floor insulation and screeds
On the ground floor, 10 cm insulation with a 4 cm acoustic Alucraft type layer is installed. On the upper floor, 3 cm Alucraft insulation is installed with a 7 cm thick CP500 screed with fibers, hand-troweled.
Carpentry, insulation, under-roof, sheet metal work and roofing
The timber frame is made of oven-dried BLC or Duo spruce, with boards nailed to the rafters, a vapor barrier, 20 cm RC polystyrene insulation, and a Deltafool type under-roof. The assembly includes under-battening, drip edges, wind breaks, solid spruce panels for eaves, tapered battens, and ridge corners.
Windows and entrance door
The windows are white PVC triple glazing (U = 0.6). A Chromatech grey RAL 7035 entrance door (U = 0.98) is installed (CHF 2,900.00 VAT included).
Interior doors
Interior doors are in a color of choice (Westag palette, 76 colors).
Blinds and fabric blinds
Blinds, including a fabric blind for the terrace, are supplied and installed.
Heating
