House with a history

The well-kept two-family house "with history" is centrally located in Kerns. The house is in a family-friendly area a little above the village center.
There are two 3½-room apartments in the house, which are connected via the staircase.
The apartment on the first floor can be reached via the staircase. The antique parquet floor is immediately noticeable in the spacious, bright living room.
