New building that fulfills all wishes

The wonderful house was built last year. Please step into the light-flooded ground floor. From the entrance you get to the 40 m² living and dining area and the open, straight-lined, handleless kitchen. At the bar in the kitchen, you can enjoy the aperitif and review the day or enjoy your first morning coffee. The reduit right next to the kitchen, where you can store your supplies, is very practical. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. The whole house is equipped with an oiled wooden floor and gives the rooms a cozy atmosphere.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and so that there is no argument about the bathroom in the morning or before the exit, there are two. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom has a separate entrance.

In this home everyone can pursue their hobby, because there are two hobby rooms. In addition, there is the cellar and an approx. 14 m² technology and laundry room.
At the entrance to the house there is a small garden and to the side of the house there is a cozy seating area that invites you to spend relaxing hours.

A carport also belongs to the house.
