On the ground floor there is a wide garage with a workshop behind it, the laundry room, a small natural cellar with the electrical panel, a living room (formerly probably a kitchen), a toilet and the internal staircase to the first floor.

Look at the floor plan in the dossier, these are intended to show the structure of the property without claiming to be a precise plan. The sometimes extremely thick outer and inner walls do not correspond to our “standardized” idea. It is an old, venerable property with partly extremely thick walls, the plans in the complete dossier are presented in a simplified manner and do not do justice to the actual, special and characterful conditions in detail.

If you look closely, we are selling two houses built next to each other. The division is more likely to be implemented per floor. At the moment it is less a question of two terraced houses but more of a large single family home or an apartment building with two apartments on top of each other.

The first floor can either be reached via the outside staircase or via the above-described internal staircase from the ground floor.

On the 1st floor, coming via the outside staircase, you come to an anteroom / vestibule equipped with many windows. From here you get to a small hallway that either leads to the cellar stairs or to a beautiful, characterful south / west room and another cozy, narrow room.
