Built in the early 900 'and partially renovated in 2009, the property offers a place to rest and relax in a context of nature, without sacrificing services and easy road connections.

The rustico is accessible via two entrances. From the side entrance you have access to the ground floor, where the living area, consisting of the corner kitchen and the dining room, is located. The main entrance, which is instead at the back of the house, leads to the upper floor or the sleeping area, which consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. From this floor you can enjoy a clear view of the greenery.

The property is immediately habitable and is in an intact condition. Modernization of the kitchen and bathroom is recommended.

The house does not have a private parking space. Nevertheless, you can use the public parking lot in just 1 minute's walk from the holiday home.
