Embedded in the wonderful nature of the Verzasca valley is this 3 room house with its beautiful property in direct proximity to the small river Osura. On about 72 m2 of living space there is enough space for 6 people - a marvel of space and technology. During the expansion everything was thought of, a solution was found for every detail and an atmosphere was created with a lot of love and taste that guarantees you and your loved ones relaxation from everyday life!

In 2009 an extensive total renovation was carried out with the best materials. The "Piccolo Paradiso" is still perfectly entertained and is being sold complete with its high-quality furniture and fittings.

With this house everyone will find their own personal favorite place in nature. Be it on the large terrace with a view of the wide valley, in the garden on the meadow under the trees, at the granite table with a view of the river or on the large rock that warms up like a big bed in summer. From the garden you can go through a little gate with a few steps downhill over a few natural steps to the water, where you can enjoy the bitter beauty of the stone formations with the crystal clear water.

There is a large barbecue area with an additional wood oven for polenta for cozy barbecues
