A very welcoming house in the characteristic village of Bruzella in the Muggio Valley.

On the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, the eat-in kitchen and the cellar-pantry. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, one of which with balcony and open view, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a bathroom with bathtub.

In the attic there is a large closet.

It is possible to reach the house by car for loading and unloading while the public parking lots are within walking distance in the village.

About 300 meters from the house along a path you reach a large green area of over 1,900 square meters which includes a rustic with hobby room and storage, a vegetable garden, a grotto with kitchen and grill and a pergola with a stone table from which there is a beautiful view over the valley.

Bruzella is an enchanting village inhabited since the early Middle Ages which is located on a terraced slope on the left bank of the Muggio Valley.

In the suggestive valley bottom carved by the Breggia river is the Bruzella mill, an ancient mill restored and functioning since 1996 where flour for polenta and corn biscuits are produced. It can be reached on foot in 15 minutes from Bruzella or Cabbio along the old mule track that starts from the cantonal road.
