BEAUTIFUL RUSTICO FROM THE 13TH CENTURY

This 2 ½ room house is only 5 minutes drive above Giubiasco in Val Morobbia in a sunny location in the immediate vicinity of a small village shop and the bus stop. The rustico is located outside the construction zone on a 2400 m² property in the middle of a very well-kept garden with various ornamental plants.
In front of the house is a terrace with a garden table for outdoor dining
or simply for a great barbecue evening.
You immediately notice the tranquility of this place and the panoramic view over Lake Maggiore. Given its proximity, this place is ideal for weekend trips as well as holidays. Pure relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The climate is sunny and mild all year round, surrounded by chestnut forests and vineyards that invite you to long hikes. The rustico from the 13th century has a beautiful stone facade with a new slate roof and was lovingly renovated in 2015. The old character was retained.
The house consists of 2 floors.
On the ground floor is the living area with a wood stove and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, however, is the bedroom with a large terrace.,
Equipped with a simple solar panel, the house is supplied with water (not drinkable) for showers, washing up and toilet, the water comes directly from the stream flowing next to it, but the community still offers the possibility of a water connection.
The house is heated with a wood stove, which lets the rooms warm up quickly. The hot water is warmed up in an antique copper kettle.
There is a well-stocked woodshed and a tool shed in the garden.
The facility is simple but offers all the necessary comfort.
At the request of the customer, the rustico can be taken over partially furnished or empty.
