This lovely property is located in the most beautiful sunny location of Gordemo, a small community at the beginning of the Verzasca Valley. You can reach "Casa Rossa" directly with the vehicle, which you can park comfortably in front of the house. The current owners use public transport and have rented a permanent parking space at Tenero train station so that they can travel to Ticino comfortably and without congestion at any time. Both the parking lot and the car could be taken over by the buyer. You can do your shopping in the small shops in Gordola, in the large Centro Coop in Tenero or in Locarno.

The "Casa Rossa" has always been inhabited as a holiday home by its owners, and has been maintained and cared for with a lot of love and passion for "house and garden". The garden is a true Mediterranean paradise with flowers, perennials, stone plants, ornamental and useful plants, garden herbs, lovingly crafted sculptures and various terraces, where everyone can find their favorite place in many different "corners".
There is also a shed for tools and the necessary garden tools.

Celebrate life with a cozy meal at the large granite table in front of the house or on the panoramic terrace with a view of the lake. Under the kiwi pergola in the entrance area there is a particularly nice place for loungers to relax and read an exciting book, or to relax while "doing nothing".

The spacious kitchen-cum-living-room with a practical seating area offers plenty of space for your own design wishes. Cooking in the open, modern fitted kitchen while you can talk to loved ones is a lot of fun.

A separate room is available on the upper floor for creative design / studio, which could be expanded as an additional room.

Due to its hillside location, "Casa Rossa" has two entrances.
On the ground floor you get directly to the kitchen-living room through the pergola in the garden. On the upper floor, you enter the anteroom with a door to the studio or the living room via the entrance. This is internally connected to the ground floor (kitchen and bedroom) via a spiral staircase.

The house has electric heating. Internally, the owners have applied an energy-saving wall covering on a natural basis, so that heating can be carried out cheaply and efficiently here in the cooler months of the year.
