"Casa Nostra" is located in Gordola, an independent municipality in Locarnese with a very good infrastructure. Schools, banks, shops and restaurants as well as all important service providers are easily accessible.

It was originally created by the well-known Ticino architect Rudolfo Frank in 1980, completely technically refurbished by its current owners from 2005 and continuously maintained / modernized.

"Casa Nostra" has a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden with various terraces and sitting areas, so that everyone can find their favorite spot here.

The own photovoltaic system ensures an inexpensive energy supply. It is possible to use the basement as a separate guest apartment with its own entrance.

"Ca Nostra" has many technical features that are both practical and particularly user-friendly.

As a unique technology we find there e.g. an automatic "water exchanger", which makes it possible to use the pool water in the indoor pool as well as in the outdoor pool depending on the season.
