The house is located in a raised position with respect to the main road, so it allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains. It is part of a residence consisting of 4 small houses, built in 1996, well maintained and quiet. From the garage, where there are also the cellar and various wardrobes, 2 of which are for the use of the house, you can access, via a wooden staircase, kitchen and living room. The room with the washing machine is located on the right when you enter the house through the door that connects the house to the garage.
From the living room, thanks to a French door, you can exit directly into the garden. When you return home on foot you can enter the house from a driveway that passes in front of the residence.
The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of two spacious bedrooms with exit to the balcony and a bathroom with tub. On the second floor there is a bedroom / study with a semi-circular beaded ceiling and a bathroom with shower. The large window leads to the terrace from which you can enjoy the view, sunbathe and spend a few hours relaxing. Es ist Teil einer Residenz, welche aus 4 Häusern besteht, die 1996 gebaut, gut gepflegt und ruhig gelegen sind. Von der Garage, wo sich auch der Keller und die verschiedenen abschliessbaren Schränke (2 davon zum Haus gehörend), erreicht man über eine Holztreppe die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Der Raum mit der Waschmaschine hingegen befindet sich auf der rechten Seite, wenn man das Haus über die Eingangstür betritt und verbindet das Haus mit der Garage.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus erreicht man den Garten direkt über eine Balkontür. Zu Fuss erreicht man das Haus über einen Weg welcher bei der Residenz vorbeiführt.
Im ersten Stock gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

Die hellen Farben der Böden, der Badezimmer und der Treppen geben dem Haus einen einfachen und sauberen Eindruck.
