Al 1 ° piano abbiamo la grande camera da letto con travi a vista, il bagno completamente ristrutturato con grande doccia, mentre al 2 ° piano è stato creato un soppalco con terrazza coperta. Procedendo all 'isolazione del tetto il soppalco può essere trasformato in un locale abitabile tutto l'anno.
