Superb chalet, located in the residential area of Chamossaire.

Its large living room with fireplace in the center, mezzanine and large dining area will welcome you in large numbers for magnificent evenings by the fireplace. The second living room, directly adjoining, is ideal as a reading corner or play room, but also allows you to transform into a bedroom with bathroom if necessary. A separate WC and a small children's room, which could easily be transformed into an office, are located directly next to it.

The large kitchen has a multitude of facilities and also has a small dining area and direct access to the shaded northeast terrace, ideal for summer barbecues.

The 4 bedrooms on the lower level are spacious and well appointed. Two of them have their own bathroom, while an additional bathroom, a laundry room and a technical room complete the landing.

The balcony and the small south-west terrace offer optimal sunshine all year round. The chalet has a garage box and a parking space.
