Superb chalet, located in the residential area of Le Chamossaire.

Its large living room with fireplace in the center, mezzanine and large dining area will welcome you in large numbers for magnificent evenings by the fireside. The second living room, directly adjoining, is ideal as a reading corner or playroom, but can also be transformed into a bedroom with bathroom if necessary. A separate toilet and a small children's room, which could easily be transformed into an office, are located directly next to it.

The large kitchen has a multitude of facilities and also has a small dining area and direct access to the shaded terrace to the North East, ideal for summer barbecues.

The 4 bedrooms on the lower level are spacious and well appointed. Two of them have their own bathroom, while an additional bathroom, a laundry room and a technical room complete the landing.

The balcony and the small south-west terrace offer optimal sunshine throughout the year. The chalet has a garage box and a parking space.
