Large holiday chalet of 8.5 rooms on three levels of approximately 180 m², close to the center of Champéry and the gondola lift to the Portes du Soleil ski area.

The cottage was built around 1700, and underwent a total renovation in 1980, then towards the end of 2015 was created the large shower room, the outdoor parking with a retaining wall, the replacement of boilers for hot water , and the installation of solar panels on the roof.

Currently, the cottage is used as a second home, with vacation rentals, week by week.
